Won't load past the apple screen after a while it says "restart computer"
It doesn't have a battery or a airport card would that be the issue

More than likely the logic board is toast. In that case it would be cheaper to buy a pre-owned MacBook. If you kept the disks that were included when the computer was bought new, one of them includes the Apple Hardware Test. Use that to tell you what's wrong with the computer....
